How to Reach Us

1. By Phone: You can contact The MLC’s Support Team by calling them at 615-488-3653. The Team answers calls Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time.
2. By Email: You can fill out a contact form here to initiate an email exchange with The MLC’s Support Team.
3. By Chat: If you are viewing the public search screen accessible via the Public Search button on our homepage, or if you are viewing your account screen within The MLC Portal, you can chat with a member of The MLC’s Support Team by clicking the chat icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

The MLC also welcomes general inquiries and feedback from anyone who has questions or concerns about The MLC’s musical works database or any other aspect of The MLC’s operations and activities.
