The MLC prides itself on providing a high level of service to its Members and prospective Members. We provide three different ways for Members and prospective Members to contact our Support team with any questions they may have:

1. By Phone: You can contact The MLC’s Support Team by calling them at 615-488-3653. The Team answers calls Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time. (Hours may vary on observed holidays.) The MLC Support team will not be available on Saturdays.

Thursday, 12/23 Available 8:00 a.m.-1 p.m. CDT
Friday, 12/24-Sunday, 1/2/22 CLOSED for holidays


2. By E-Mail: You can fill out a contact form here to initiate an e-mail exchange with The MLC’s Support Team.

3. By Chat: If you are viewing the public search screen accessible via the Public Search button on our home page or if you are a Member viewing your account screen in The MLC’s Portal, you can chat with a member of The MLC’s Support Team by clicking on the blue chat icon located at the bottom right of your screen.

The MLC also welcomes general inquiries and feedback from anyone who has questions or concerns about The MLC’s musical works database or any other aspect of The MLC’s operations and activities.
