Mark Ahlberg

Mark Ahlberg currently serves as the Co-President and General Manager of Endurance Music Group, an independent music publisher, record label, and administrator based in Nashville, TN. In this role, Ahlberg oversees the administration of EMG's broad range of publishing and label clients and manages EMG's staff and daily operations.

Since helping start EMG in 2019, Ahlberg has managed the acquisition of over $250 million in catalog, developed an artist brand to distribute unreleased masters with major sync placements, and saw the label’s first singles certified Platinum and Gold by the RIAA. Prior to EMG, Ahlberg founded publisher and label admin company Amplified Administration in 2010. Over the course of his career, he has administered over 100 #1 songs and dozens of #1 recordings. He is a current member of the NMPA, AIMP, CMA, ACM, and GMA.

Alisa Coleman

(CURRENT MEMBER OF THE MLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS SEEKING REELECTION)

Alisa Coleman is the Chief Operating Officer of ABKCO Music & Records, Inc. (ABKCO), where she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, business development, and the global licensing of its renowned music publishing, recorded music, and film catalogs for one of the world’s foremost independent entertainment companies.

Joining ABKCO in 1985 as an assistant in the licensing and royalty departments, Coleman has worked in every division of the company. In 2016, she was appointed ABKCO’s first Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure, she has significantly expanded the reach of the company’s legendary catalog, enhancing both its reputation and value through innovative deal structures focused on the long-term growth of intellectual property and strategic licensing partnerships.

In 2025, Coleman was elected by publisher members to the ASCAP Board of Directors and has served on the RIAA Board of Directors since 2019. She is the former President of the New York Chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) and is a member of NARAS, AIGA, NYWIFT, CMA, ACM, CSUSA, and the National Arts Club, and a Lifetime Member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

Since the inception of the Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC), Coleman has served as a publisher representative on its Board of Directors and its Chair. Under the Board’s leadership, The MLC has distributed billions of dollars in digital audio mechanical royalties to songwriters and music publishers, making it the largest source of mechanical royalty distributions in the United States.

Coleman has been recognized by Billboard on its “Top Indie Players,” “Top Digital Players,” “Top Women in Music,” and “Power 100” lists, and was profiled by Music Business Worldwide as part of its “Inspiring Women” series. In 2023, she founded Songs In Stages, an annual songwriter benefit supporting the SONA Foundation and NYU Langone’s Blood Cancer Research program. 

Sean O’Malley

Sean O'Malley is currently the CEO of Regard Music and founded the company in 2020 to focus on rights administration, royalty analysis, and media consulting services. Prior to Regard, O'Malley co-founded Global Music Rights alongside Irving Azoff and Randy Grimmett, launching the first new performing rights organization in the United States in over 70 years. The company grew revenue from zero to over nine figures in less than five years and established itself as the destination for premier music writers and composers. During his seven-year tenure, O'Malley played a key role in client acquisition while leading all operational and systems developments, including distribution services, data processing, and publishing logistics.

O'Malley also spent eight years at ASCAP in Membership, where he managed a team of more than 20 staff members focused on resolving complex member issues. He previously served on the advisory boards of Exactuals, ToneDen, and mVibe and is currently on the advisory boards at Audoo and Five Mics.

Consuelo Sayago

Consuelo Sayago is currently the CEO/Founder at CribNote Entertainment d/b/a CribSheet Music Publishing (ASCAP), which offers music publishing and rights management consulting services, music business solutions for artists and songwriters at various stages of their careers, and a music publishing model that is tailored to the needs of each client, which have included Lil Peep’s Estate, A+E Television Network, and support to investment companies. Most recently, she was the VP of Global Administration at Spirit Music Group where she oversaw the administration of the Spirit Catalog. Other previously held positions include Head of Society Relations at UAE-based collective rights organization ESMAA, General Manager at Mojo Music & Media, and AVP of International at BMI.

Sayago is on the Board of the Association of Independent Music Publishers and the Board of Review at ASCAP. She was elected and is currently a member of The MLC’s Dispute Resolution Committee and she frequently speaks on panels at music conferences and universities. Sayago holds a Bachelor of Science in Music from Hofstra University and a certificate from Columbia Graduate School of Business in Emerging Leadership.
