Service Configurations Form (Stand-alone)
Before reporting usages to The MLC, DSPs are required to complete this form, either as part of the Notice of License Form or using this stand-alone form. This form ensures that The MLC applies the correct compulsory licensing rates to the DSP's services. Click here.
