It is essential that Members notify The MLC as soon as possible when musical works are transferred from one rightsholder to another so that we can update the works in our database to reflect the new rightsholder. In such cases, a Letter of Direction (LOD) or other supporting documentation should be submitted along with the Catalog Transfer Notification Form.
